The only thing missing is the ability to support you in a spirit of efficiency and excellence.

With so many products on the market, it’s easy to get lost. And when you’re an entrepreneur, you don’t necessarily have the time to explore it all.

Beneficis has therefore decided to build an offer for SMEs and entrepreneurs in the field of cybersecurity and the cloud.

That’s why I’m a partner and distributor of agile risk manager and agile risk board software from the company All4tec. In fact, as part of my work, I’ve been evaluating tools that help my customers to map their assets, their security base and EBIOS RM risk analyses. The solution Agile Risk Manager responds to this need with a powerful and practical tool that can be hosted on premise. Agile Risk Board provides a consolidated 360° view of risks and how they are handled by the company.

e use case for small and medium-sized businesses is the possibility of rapidly acquiring tools for mapping assets, security policy and modeling cyber risk analyses according to the EBIOS RM method, in order to comply with increasingly demanding legislation (you may be eligible for NIS2 or DORA without knowing it : click here to access to a NIS2 eligibility test).

Rapidly deployable and actionable cloud services for your business

Thanks to a new partner, Beneficis is now able to offer cloud services to its customers.

Jotelulu is a cloud services platform that enables IT service providers to offer cloud solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Founded in 2018 and based in Madrid, it also has a Datacenter in Paris. ISO 27001 certified, Jotelulu enables me to offer IT infrastructure services and software licenses to SMEs.

The infrastructure offer includes :

• Remote offices (Windows based),
• Virtual servers based on your OS (Windows, Linux), CPU, memory and storage requirements
• Cloud storage, classic or S3

The big plus: these infrastructures benefit from draconian security and automated backup systems as part of the standard package. A disaster recovery plan (DRP) can be implemented very quickly, taking advantage of Equinix and Interxion datacenters in Paris and Madrid.

Through this channel, Beneficis can also offer software licenses (all Office 365 tools, but also SQL Server, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, Plesk, Project Plan, Visio Plan…).

The use case is obvious for small and medium-sized businesses. It’s the ability to provision infrastructure and software very quickly with a highly responsive partner.
